About the Workshop
Some people see training as a career; others see training as a task they perform in addition to their jobs. This workshop is designed for those who train occasionally, but who need professional skills to perform this task effectively and efficiently.
This dynamic workshop will give you:
•
The insight to – discover how your learners learn
•
The skills to – use visual techniques
•
The time to – develop learning material
•
The opportunity to – present and be assessed while on course
•
The expertise to – ensure learning transfer takes place.
Methodology
The only way to become competent is to experience what you are learning – the meaning of outcomes-based learning. This course is run in the same way. Everything is workshopped, and delegates master each step before moving on to the next learning session.
