It is easy to become complacent about the learning material you use or the programmes you deliver. That complacency leads to disgruntled learners and dissatisfied clients or employers. Quality assurance however ensures that training and training material is always state-of-the-art. Quality assurance ensures that your learners leave you competent to perform. The Gray Training 15228 programme helps you, the training practitioners, to master all the skills of quality assurance.

Unit Standards
This workshop meets all the outcomes of unit standard 15228: Advise on the establishment of a quality management system for skills development practices.
The portfolio requirements for Unit Standard 15228 require that you demonstrate
your knowledge and ability of the following outcomes:

Assist in the identification and interpretation of quality assurance
•
Plan and prepare to assist in the design of and establishment of a quality
management system
•
Assist in the design of a quality management system for skills development
practices
•
Assist in the development of effectiveness indicators for skills development
practices
•
Assist in the establishment of quality management system for skills development
practices
•
Assist in the implementation and improvement of a quality management system
for skills development practices within an organisation.
Successful achievement of this unit standard earns 10 credits at NQF level
5.
Methodology
This is a fully experiential 3-day workshop. You’ll be led through the theory and then will practice what you have learnt. During the three days you’ll develop your own Quality Management System! You’ll bed down the policies and procedures that need to be quality assured and even develop tools to manage the process.
You’ll be amazed at the result because you’ll be mastering new
skills during every lesson. You’ll experience the power of learning from
others through group activities.
